Brunell, A Professional Limited Liability Corporation.  Your privacy when online is important to us.  Our website is not intended or designed to solicit or gather personal information from visitors.  We do not, for example, solicit visitors to enroll in email lists.  Any fill in forms, pay pal or credit card purchases are for the visitor’s convenience.  Should a visitor decide to contact a member of the Firm by email or telephone using the contact information or facilities included in our website, we may retain the information provided to us and use it to contact you.  However, we will not add you to any email, mail or telephone list maintained for promotional or advertising purposes.  We do not sell or release any of your private information.  

Through our information technology professionals we may track user traffic patterns throughout our websites, including blogs. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users.  Overall usage statistics may be broken down according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT

We may revise this Agreement at any time and you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. Any such modifications will become effective upon the date they are first posted to this site. It is your responsibility to return to this Agreement from time to time to review the most current terms and conditions. THE LAW OFFICE OF DAVID C. BRUNELL does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of changes to this Agreement.
